We had an amazing stay at this stunning property. The beautifully decorated interior and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. The location, although a 20-minute walk from the city center, was perfect for us as it offered a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the lovely decking area with the wooden summerhouse, which we enjoyed year-round thanks to the heaters. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel. The appliances were of high quality and the free parking was a great convenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and overlooking the river. Sitting on the decking and enjoying the view was a definite highlight.
There were a few things that could have been improved. the bread, butter, and jam that were supposed to be supplied were missing.

My stay at Toll Keeper's House was truly unique and unforgettable. The location, situated in a historic bridge, was like no other place I've ever stayed. The views from the house were absolutely breathtaking and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the beauty of the city.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as some road noise and the ongoing construction work on the bridge, they were minor inconveniences that did not greatly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the chic interior and superior furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea was a nice surprise. The location was excellent, with the property situated on the river and featuring outdoor decking and a summer house to relax in. Also, the recommendations for local restaurants were spot on.
One major drawback was the lack of parking options. We had to park on the pavement and even then, it was a struggle to find space.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short walk into the city center. The view from the outside patio seating area overlooking the river was absolutely beautiful. the hotel had a unique and charming setup with its three levels and narrow, winding stairs, which added to the overall cosiness and home-like atmosphere.
The ongoing construction nearby, which caused traffic delays and obstructed the window views with scaffolding. The noise from the workers starting early in the morning was also quite disruptive.

Unique decor inspired by Bath. Breakfast served outdoors. Secluded garden. Tea room available. Spacious, well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Warm and well-stocked upon arrival. Responsive and understanding host. Central location with 3 bedrooms. Overlooking the river. Helpful and easily reachable hosts. Kitchen equipped with mortar and pestle. Amazing memories made during the stay.

The patio was a highlight, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The interior was beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Despite some minor inconveniences like traffic noise and ongoing construction, my overall experience was pretty awesome. I will definitely consider returning at some point. I highly recommend this villa for a fantastic stay.
